We obtain information from you when you contact us to find out more about our services or to engage in a project with us. This may be through a contact form via our website or by calling us or emailing us with your enquiry.

We keep your contact information so that we can engage in business with you and also so that we can continue with supporting our product once it is implemented in your business. Our contractual responsibilities to you once we have entered into a project mean that it is reasonable to process and retain your information for this purpose. For prospects we have a legitimate interest in holding your information in advance of any contractual arrangement.

The information we collect might include your name, company name, company address, email address and phone number. We will store information on the products and services that your company holds with us. We only hold financial information relating to corporate contacts and not to individuals.

All staff receive certified data protection training. Our IT systems have robust security built in with data retained on the cloud, rather than in local machines. Our premises are also secure.
